Personal home automation
BliksemBox Google Access
BliksemBox is a personal Home Assistant setup on a home server. It connects the operator’s Google account to Google Nest and Google Calendar so those services can be used in home automations.
How the connection works
The operator grants access through Google’s authorization screen. Home Assistant then uses the granted permissions to retrieve information from authorized Nest devices and Google Calendar and to perform any actions the operator enables in Home Assistant.
This site explains that connection. It does not ask visitors to sign in or connect a Google account.
Your data
This connection is intended only for the operator’s personal household. For details about the Google information used, how it is handled, and how to revoke access, read the privacy policy.
Terms of use
BliksemBox Google Access is a personal home automation connection, not a service offered to the public. Access is limited to accounts the operator authorizes. This informational site is provided as is; it does not grant access to the home server or to Google data.
